December Comedy Guide

Two of our favorite NYC comedians return to Philadelphia co-headlining this one-night-only event. Martin Urbano is known for his wry and smart joke-writing as seen on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Comedy Central’s Roast Battle and PBS’ Stand Up Empire. Ana Fabrega is a prolific comedian with a knack for off-kilter characters. She can be seen on Portlandia, At Home with Amy Sedaris, The Jim Gaffigan Show and is a writer for The Chris Gethard Show on TruTV.

Witness the Internet brought to life before your eyes by the folks behind Continue? – the extremely popular YouTube channel. Paul Ritchey, Nick Murphy and Josh Henderson will be showcasing comedic short films, sketches and maybe a few live dances as well. Why watch videos on a computer when you can watch them on a slightly bigger screen instead?

This holiday season, Gigi Naglak & Meghann Williams bring you the gift of a fun and informative holiday-themed sex ed burlesque! From a horny Nutcracker ballet to eight sexy nights of Hanukkah (and even some dildo holiday classics), you’ve never taken a sex-ed class like this one.

An NYC classic is coming back to Philly by popular demand – for one night only! Strap in and listen to these comics roast the one person that everybody loves to hate: themselves at age 15. Roast of Your 15-Year-Old Self is a not-so-safe space where comics expose the shitty, horrifying teenager that made them into a shitty, horrifying adult. Hosted by Alise Morales (UCB, Betches).

Comedians & best friends Christi Chiello (Comedy Central, MTV), Marie Faustin (Oxygen), Sydnee Washington (MTV2) & Molly Austin (TruTV) perform their latest stand-up, storytelling, characters and more at their Good Good Comedy Theatre debut!

Once a month, we tap one of our favorite Philadelphia comedians to do a full hour set for the first time ever. This month: the hilarious Cassandra Dee, with opener Jake Mattera.

From the minds of the popular satirical women’s magazine Reductress – join Reductress editors Quenn (Nicole Silverberg) and Dikoda (Rachel Wenitsky) for a dish-sesh on the latest in fashion, pop culture, lifestyle, trends, and pictures! With sassy catchphrases, non-threatening debates, huge special guests, silent hot guys, and bold life advice, Reductress will give you everything you’ve come to expect from a women’s magazine podcast in 2017.

Aparna Nancherla comes to Philadelphia for 3 back-to-back-to-back sold-out shows in a rare, intimate evening of stand-up comedy. Aparna can be seen on Netflix’s Bojack Horseman as the character Hollyhock and as Anaya on HBO’s Crashing. She has appeared on the Netflix series Master of None, Love and The Characters, as well as on Conan and her own Comedy Central half hour special.

Darlings is Good Good’s weekly fast-paced comedy show from a collective of Philadelphia’s most troubled comedic minds. For the first time ever, enjoy a hand-picked batch of Darlings’ best bits from their first three months of shows. It’s gonna be a whole mess of fun.
