Queer Bait (Rose Luardo & Shannon Fahey) sensitively stroke your Elsa and Anna as they freeze and squeeze the daylights out of your fun factory. 2 parts performance art, 1 part comedy, 1 part clown, 3 parts dance, 5 parts friendship, 2 parts dress-up, 1 part queer, 0 parts bait, maybe another part queer but unsure.
Rose Luardo is an artist, actor and comedian. Her solo work is concentrated in performance installations that use sculpture, costume, character and video. She was awarded a residency at Elsewhere Museum in Greensboro, NC and the Odysseys Costa Rica residency. Her performance/fine art has been exhibited at The Fairmount House (Philadelphia), Little Berlin (Philadelphia) PRACTICE Gallery (Philadelphia), Space 1026 (Philadelphia), Slow Culture Gallery (Los Angeles), LUMP Gallery (Raleigh), PS1 MOMA (NYC), Clocktower Gallery (NYC) and Art Basel (Miami). She is one half of the comedy duo The New Dreamz (with Andrew Jeffrey Wright) and Queer Bait (with Shannon Fahey) and a member of the sketch group Darlings performing monthly at Good Good Comedy Theatre in Philadelphia.
